- Registration Information: Name, email address, phone number, and brand details when you register for the show.

- Audition Submission: Information included in your audition materials, such as your brand pitch and any associated media (videos, images).

- Feedback and Surveys: Information collected through surveys or feedback forms.

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

- To process your registration and participation in the MAKINA Brand Show.

- To communicate with you regarding your participation and provide updates about the show.

5. Refund Policy

- Registration Fee: The registration fee of $350 is non-refundable once paid. This fee secures your spot on the show and provides benefits such as guaranteed exposure and feedback.

- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your participation before the recording date, please notify us at least 14 days advance. While the registration fee is non-refundable, we may offer a credit toward a future show or event at our discretion.
