I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my participation in the "MAKINA Brand Show" (hereinafter referred to as the "Show"):
- Nature of the Show
- I understand that the "MAKINA Brand Show" is a comedic podcast where contestants pitch their brand ideas to a panel of judges. The format of the Show is intended for entertainment purposes and includes comedic commentary and satire.
- Publicity
- I acknowledge that my participation in the Show will involve the recording of my pitch and interactions with the judges. I understand that these recordings may be broadcasted, published, and/or distributed across various media platforms, including but not limited to podcast streaming services, social media, and promotional materials.
- I consent to the use of my name, likeness, voice, and any other identifying information in connection with the Show and its promotion.
- Voluntary Participation
- I confirm that my participation in the Show is voluntary, and I have not been coerced or influenced to participate. I understand that the comedic nature of the Show may involve humorous and candid feedback from the judges.
- Release of Liability
- I hereby release and hold harmless MAKINA Brand Show, its producers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in the Show, including any claims related to the use of my likeness or voice in promotional materials.
- Registration Fee
- I acknowledge that I have paid a registration fee of $350 to secure my spot on the Show, which guarantees publicity for my brand.
- Governing Law
- This release form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Show is produced.
